The Administrative Litigation area acts strategically in administrative procedures before the Public Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) and the National Social Security Institute (INSS). Before the Public Ministry of Labor (MPT), we act to defend the interests of our clients in investigative procedures, representing them at all stages of the investigation. We also negotiate, renegotiate and monitor Terms of Conduct Adjustment (TACs)
