The Administrative Litigation area acts strategically in administrative procedures before the Public Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) and the National Social Security Institute (INSS). Our vast experience in the administrative-labor sphere allows us to advise our clients strategically, considering the trends of supervisory bodies and their way of operating.<\/p>\n

Before the Public Ministry of Labor (MPT), we act to defend the interests of our clients in investigative procedures, representing them at all stages of the investigation. We also negotiate, renegotiate and monitor Terms of Conduct Adjustment (TACs)<\/p>\n
